About OKS Installations
Since 1998, OKS have carried out civil works and the installation of street furniture in Victoria, New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, South Australia and Tasmania.
OKS approach every project with careful planning and due diligence to ensure safe and succesful outcomes. OKS is yet to lose a single day of work due to on-site accident or injury.
The executive team at OKS have held continuous Level 1 Train Track certification for the last 15 years.
The wider OKS team hold all the required accreditaion for high profile projects including Rail Industry Worker, White Card General Induction, National Plant Operators Tickets in addition to general Crane, Excavator & Elevated Work Platform tickets.
Due to their experience working on high-traffic locations, OKS Installations have worked on level crossing upgrades across Victoria for the last three years including the installation of shelters, custom anti-throw screens, bins and bollards.
CIVIL EXCAVATION
OKS Installations has the required experience, expertise and equipment to undertake a range of civil excavation and installation work in a variety of tight spaces and public places when many others may not.
The OKS Installations team has a history of planning and executing work on some of Australia’s busiest roads and metropolitan railways where precision and safety have been key.
OKS have conducted works in every city council of Metro Melbourne and most of all the major country hubs including Ballarat, Geelong, Bendigo. In addition to their Victorian operations, OKS have conducted works in Tasmania, NSW, ACT and South Australia.
INSTALLATION
Having worked with Adshel and Stoddart Infrastructure for over 20 years, OKS has delivered civil installation and street furniture projects for PTV, Yarra Trams and metro and provincial city councils.
In total, OKS Installations have delivered over 3,000 public bus shelters installations, all 450 Superstops throughout Melbourne’s CBD and shelters in over 50 train stations throughout Victoria.
In addition to this heritage, OKS Installations has a vast array of experience in urban infrastructure including major bike lockers and extensive walkways in high profile 24/7 locations such as Melbourne’s Tullamarine Airport.
